Program Coordinator, Individual/Family Satisfaction Team

Summary
This 32 hour p/wk position manages a program to survey individual and family satisfaction with mental health services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in public policy, political science, social sciences or economics a plus.
- Experience with and ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information, and maintain research files and databases.
- A demonstrated ability to conduct research, including library research and on-line research, database management, interviews and public documents.
- Should have excellent writing skills and a demonstrated ability to produce readable, appealing and accurate written reports for publication.
- Expertise with survey or research methodology with a demonstrated knowledge of range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including sampling and survey design a must.
- A knowledge of various computer software applications for analytical purposes, statistical analysis software such as SNAP, Excel and Access or other database programs needed.
- The ability to work independently or as a team leader, to make sound decisions and to work in cross-cultural situations desired.
- Knowledge of and ability to manage program, budget and personnel resources.
- Will consider a combination of experience and education.
- Preference given to individuals with life experience as a family member or recipient of mental health services.
